Import Your Reading List

Migrate from any read-it-later service with our flexible CSV import. ReaderFlow supports CSV exports from popular services like Pocket, Instapaper, Omnivore, and custom CSV formats.

CSV Format Requirements

ReaderFlow's flexible parser automatically detects column names and formats. Here's what you need to know:

Only URLs are required! All other columns are optional and will enhance your import.

URL

Required
The web address of your saved article. This is the only mandatory field.
Supported column names:
url URL

Title

Optional
The title of your article. If not provided, ReaderFlow will extract it automatically.
Supported column names:
title Title

Tags/Labels

Optional
Tags or categories for organizing your articles. Supports multiple formats and separators.
Supported column names:
tags tag Tags labels
Separators: Use commas , or pipes | to separate multiple tags

Status/State

Optional
The reading status of your article. Articles marked as archived will be imported as read.
Supported column names:
state status Folder
Archive values: archive, Archived, or Archive

Date Added

Optional
When the article was originally saved. Preserves your reading history timeline.
Supported column names:
time_added Timestamp
Format: Unix timestamp (seconds since epoch). If not provided, uses current time.

A proper native macOS client is in development that will provide the full ReaderFlow experience on Mac.

iPad Compatibility Mode
